Got my Master's degree in Project Management in The State University Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia.

Got vast administrative experience working as an Executive Assistant in international companies such as Ward Howell Int. (Headhunting & Talent acquisition), adidas and VTB Capital (investment banking). Ensured smooth business running by providing full administrative support to the Head of Department and team members. Enjoyed multi-tasking and dynamic environment while taking care of numerous travel arrangements, sales reports, written and oral translations. Proud of having coordinated meetings at annual “Russia Calling” forums in New York and London.

Took a leap of faith and … relocated to Brazil. Following my passion for languages and education I did some freelance translation projects (Rosneft, Piracanjuba, PUC University) and joined CCBEU English school to leave my contribution to society. As a teacher I was responsible for planning and preparing lesson plans for teens and adults, developing students’ language skills, tracking their progress and managing parents-teachers meetings.

After full immersion into Brazilian culture and educational system I discovered some existing gaps in teaching approach. I realized it was time to start my own project and introduce innovative method of teaching foreign languages. Founded a company iRusso idiomas aimed at helping adults to reach their personal and professional dreams via new languages. Launched online courses of Russian and English of languages for brazilian audience. Key focus: meaningful education, learning through context, creative approach.

It’s high time I got the project monetized. Transformed hobby into business! Having studied Launch Formula of Jeff Walker, I dived into Digital Marketing Universe. My daily activities include: producing and launching online courses, elaborating and implementing marketing strategy, setting up landing pages and e-mail sales funnels, creating digial content. Currently managing project team of 5.

Relocated to Zurich, Switzerland. My current challenge is to join a company where I can apply my knowledge of Digital Marketing and Project Management skills in a bigger scale. Please don't hesitate to contact me so that we could schedule a personal meeting and discuss our future collaboration!
